Eek. The rest of your garden doesn't look too bad, though. We often get hot summers (though this year is a definite exception so far) and our neighbors, who have gorgeous hydrangeas, have a tent over theirs to protect them from the worse of the hot sun.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13034721157003896873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3076660105335916345.post-43412067063490274302010-07-07T11:47:29.964-04:002010-07-07T11:47:29.964-04:00Your photographs are lovely! I have read that a hydrangea can look wilted in the afternoon, but as long as it comes back to looking normal when the temperature cools off in the evening, it should be fine. If it stays looking wilted, it definitely needs some water. Mine look wilty when the hot afternoon sun hits them this time of year, but they usually come back okay later in the day.

Where I am, today is our first day of the season hitting 90 degrees!Athena at Minerva's Gardenhttp://www.minervasgarden.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3076660105335916345.post-13753726599465936252010-07-06T15:56:30.737-04:002010-07-06T15:56:30.737-04:00You've been too dry and I have been getting wa...You've been too dry and I have been getting way too much rain.
